Shipping & Returns
+ Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped the following business day upon receipt of payment.
+ Currently all orders are sent via USPS with required signature service unless otherwise instructed. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once shipped. If you would like your order shipped via any other carrier, please let us know.
+ International orders are shipped via USPS International Economy. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. A customs duty will be charged to you depending on your country of residence. IKO IKO is not responsible for payment of this duty. If you would like your order shipped via any other carrier, please let us know.
+ Any furniture purchases will require a separate shipping/delivery quote. For local purcases, pick-up or delivery is available.
+Returns are accepted within seven days of purchase or delivery for store credit only. Merchandise should be unworn/unused and have all the original labels/tags and be in saleable condition.
+All sales are final on furniture, fragrances, jewelry, and books.
+ The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
+Store credit is valid six weeks for the issue date.
